Deliverart is excited to announce a significant milestone in its growth: the entry of TeamSystem, an Italian leader in digital solutions for business management, into the share capital of our company. TeamSystem is a leading Italian tech company that develops digital solutions for the business management of companies and professionals. The Group accompanies its clients in the digital transformation of the entire supply-chain, through a series of innovative technologies – also based on AI – for management processes, e-commerce and marketing automation. TeamSystem, which operates in Italy and abroad, ended 2023 with a turnover of 851 million euros – up 22 percent from the previous year – and can count on more than 4,800 employees, serving about 2 million customers operating on its proprietary digital and Cloud platforms. The investment of such an important and prestigious partner marks a milestone for us, allowing us to accelerate the technological development of our platform and strengthen our presence in the food delivery market. Deliverart simplifies multichannel order management for restaurateurs by integrating leading food delivery apps such as Just Eat, Glovo and Deliveroo. This path allowed us to grow quickly and build a solid foundation for the future, thanks to high-level mentorship, access to a global network of investors and industry experts, and ongoing support.
